EGG AND SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE | |
6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 12 oz. pork sausage, cooked & cut into pieces 2 c. milk Mix all ingredients together in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Cook in microwave oven, covered, on roast (or slow cook) for 12-15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Or bake in oven about 45 minutes. |
