EGG AND SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 oz. pork sausage, cooked & cut into pieces
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Cook in microwave oven, covered, on roast (or slow cook) for 12-15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Or bake in oven about 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

So this recipe is a family favorite. I use buttered challah bread and bacon instead of sausage. Comes out delicious every time. The directions have much to be desired as there is not even a temperature listed. Do people preheat the oven? Do you cook with lid on the casserole dish or off? I have an old version of the recipe that isn't alot better but at least says 400 degrees. Please update cooking instructions. Thanks!
