MICROWAVE EGG AND SAUSAGE
SCRAMBLE
 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 oz. pork sausage (or Smokies), fully cooked & chopped
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Cook in convection microwave on roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean, turn dish once or twice while cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
