SCRAMBLED EGGS & SAUSAGE BAKE | |
2 lbs. sausage 3 c. + 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. salt 3 slices bread, cubed 10 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese Brown sausage; drain well. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in sausage, bread and cheese. Pour into greased 9"x13" baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight, uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10. |
