COLE SLAW 
1 head of cabbage
1/2 green pepper
1 carrot
Celery seed
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Grate cabbage, green pepper and carrot into large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and mix. Add vinegar and mix. Let set for 10 minutes. Add mayonnaise and sprinkle with celery seed. Mix well. Should be refrigerated several hours before serving.
