SPARE RIBS AND SAUCE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. ketchup
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. beef stock or 2 bouillon cubes in 2 c. water
Boneless spare ribs, at least 10

Mix everything together, except for the spare ribs. Simmer in a saucepan, covered, for 30 minutes. Place ribs in a shallow pan, add sauce, and bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.
