POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk, scalded
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced cheese

Arrange half of potatoes in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole dish. Sprinkle flour over potatoes. Lay slices of cheese to cover flour. Repeat layers. Pour scalded milk over potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees until tender.
