POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, and seasoning. Mix well breaking up potatoes. Turn into 12 x 8 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs then paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
