POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 1/2 c. grated or shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes, potato chips or corn chips

Melt butter and pour into 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Add 1/2 potatoes. In separate bowl, mix soup, milk, water and onions. Pour 1/2 mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over soup mixture. Repeat steps, and then top with crushed corn flakes or the like. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
