2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can fruit cocktail, well drained (3 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries, quartered
2 1/2 c. lg. marshmallows, cut up (about 24) or miniatures

Few drops red food coloring or maraschino cherry juice. Soften cream cheese, blend with mayonnaise. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 1-quart round ice cream or freezer containers. (I used a coffee can.) Freeze firm, 6 hours or overnight.

To serve, let stand out a few minutes, then remove from container, slice, place on lettuce. Serves 12.
