BUTTERNUT CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 tbsp. butternut flavoring

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all cake ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Bake in 3 layers for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cream the cream cheese until softened. Slowly add sugar, mixing as you add. Add flavoring and beat until creamy. Add nuts and stir.
