HASH BROWN POTATO DISH 
2 lb. frozen hash browns (thaw 3 minutes)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
1 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Potato chips crushed or bread crumbs for on top

Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12.
