HASH BROWN POTATO DISH 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. cheddar cheese

Mix all together, spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bake approximately 1 hour or until slightly brown.
