HASH BROWN POTATO DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
Crushed corn flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes, in a bowl. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
