HASH BROWN POTATO DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. sour cream
1 c. bread crumbs

Defrost potatoes. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Place in a 9"x13" dish. Top with bread crumbs and butter combined. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
