HASH BROWN POTATO DISH 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
12 oz. sour cream
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Spread out package of thawed hash browns.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter and onion. Spread mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the top. Sprinkle 2 cups of crushed corn flakes over the cheese.

Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour over the corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
