POTATO SALAD 
12 c. potatoes
12 eggs
1 sm. onion
1 c. chopped celery

Cook and shred potatoes and eggs.

DRESSING:

3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. mustard

Mix dressing and pour over, let set overnight.
