PISTACHIO DESSERT CAKE | |
1 1/2 c flour 8 oz. cream cheese 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 16 oz. Cool Whip 3 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. nuts, chopped Crust: mix flour and butter until crumbly. Add 1/2 cup nuts and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool. Filling: beat cheese, sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Beat pudding and milk. Spread over cheese layer. Spread the rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle nuts on top. |
