DESSERT CAKE 
Mix:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. walnuts

Press firmly into 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. cool.

Mix:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread over cooled crust.

Mix:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix pudding according to directions on package. Spread gently over top of cream mixture. Spread 1 (9 ounce) package Cool Whip on top of pudding. Top with shavings from a Hershey chocolate bar.
