CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 1/2 c. Italian Progresso bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
2 sticks butter

Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip breasts in melted butter, then in crumbs, coating heavily. Pour any left over crumb mixture over chicken. Place in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered.

Can be prepared day before and refrigerated, then baked. Freezes well before or after baking.
