CHICKEN PARMESAN 
6 chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
8 tbsp. Parmesan
1/2 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce (or Italian sauce)
6 oz. pkg. Mozzarella

Dip chicken in eggs with salt and pepper. Roll in bread crumbs and then saute in butter until golden brown, quickly. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
