SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, divided
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2-quart casserole.
