SWEDISH KOLDOLMER 
1 1/2 lb. meat (beef & pork ground together)
1 c. rice, cooked
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
Cabbage leaves, parboiled

Mix all ingredients together. Prepare cabbage leaves by placing in boiling, salted water. Boil 2 minutes, then drain. Put 2 tablespoons of meat in each leaf. Roll up and fasten with a string or toothpick. Brown butter in skillet. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
