BEEF CASSEROLE - MICROWAVE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans
1 lb. stew beef, cut in cubes
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked egg noodles
Salt & pepper

Place green beans in a 1 quart casserole, icy side up. Cook, covered, on HIGH for 5 minutes. Reserve.

Combine beef cubes and meat tenderizer in a 2 to 3 quart casserole. Toss lightly. Add onion.

Cook, covered, on HIGh for 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat is tender. Add tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, noodles and green beans to beef cubes. Stir lightly and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook, covered on HIGH for 5 minutes. Stir and let stand, covered, 3 to 4 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
