ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves

Beat oil, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Put in greased jellyroll pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter (6 tbsp.)
1 tsp. milk
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
