CARAMEL ZUCCHINI BARS 
Sift together:

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves

Cream:

3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Combine ingredients and add 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 cup butterscotch chips or raisins. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

CARAMEL FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat and add enough powdered sugar to spread. Frost bars.
