CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
5 level tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 squares chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 pie crust, baked

Mix flour and sugar in small bowl; set aside. In separate bowl, beat egg yolks lightly, stir in a little milk, add melted butter.

Stir in flour and sugar; beat well. Add milk and salt and melted chocolate squares. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, until thick.

Remove from heat, add vanilla, cool to room temperature. Pour into cooled pie shell.
