QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together. Spread 1/2 mixture in 9x9 inch pan and sprinkle with topping. Then spread other half of mixture and finish off with topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter melted

Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees.
