MOTHER'S QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 7/8 c. butter, melted
1 7/8 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Beat together sugar, eggs and butter. Sift flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk. Beat entire mixture until smooth. Pour into 2 greased pie tins. Pour 1/8 pound melted butter over top of both pans. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture equally over both cakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
