QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. In another bowl, beat until thick. Add milk and butter, blend. Combine egg and flour mixture; stir until just moistened. Put in greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle topping over top of dough. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. soft butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together well.
