QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. flavoring
2 c. flour
2 eggs

Cream the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one at a time, beating them well in. Add the sour cream and flavoring. Combine the baking powder and soda with the flour and add to the mixture and mix until smooth. Pour into baking tin 8 x 9 x 2 inches approximately.

Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts according to taste and sprinkle on top. Bake for 50 minutes in 350 degree oven.
