QUICK CHEESECAKE | |
1 egg 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can pie filling for topping Blend ingredients, pour over desired crust (graham cracker crust is fine). Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Chill overnight. Top with chilled pie filling of your choice. Double the recipe for a 5x7 inch pan. |
