1 c. sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 1 cup water and pour over above ingredients. Stir and cook until thick. Excellent for hot fudge sundaes.
