CRUNCHY ICE CREAM TOPPING 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. Wheaties (slightly crushed)
2/3 c. coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar

Melt butter in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is golden brown. Spread on cookie sheet to cool. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Store in freezer. Sprinkle over ice cream.
