FRESH PEACH PIE 
7 fresh peaches
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1 baked 9 inch pie shell

In blender combine 3 peeled ripe peaches, 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth. Cook in saucepan until thickened.

Peel and slice 4 ripe peaches into baked pie shell. Pour the cooked, slightly cooled peaches over the sliced peaches. Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
