SPICED CRANBERRY - ORANGE MOLD 
This mold is too good to serve only during the holidays.

2 pkg. (4 serving size ea.) or 1 pkg. (8 serving size) Jell-O Brand raspberry flavor sugar free gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 orange, peeled, sectioned and finely chopped

Complete dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Chill until slightly thickened.

Stir in orange. Spoon into 5-cup mold which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish if desired. Makes about 5 cups or 10 servings.
