SPICY CRANBERRY ORANGE MOLD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 sm. pkg. lemon or orange Jello
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 orange, sectioned and diced
1/2 c. chopped celery, walnuts or almonds

Place cranberries and sugar in food processor container; process until cranberries are finely chopped. Dissovle gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in cranberries, orange and celery. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm.
