CRANBERRY ORANGE MOLD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. orange juice 1 (16 oz.) jar cranberry orange relish 1 unpeeled apple, chopped 1/2 c. chopped pecans Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and let stand until almost jelled. Combine cranberry orange relish, chopped apple, and pecans; fold into the almost jelled mixture. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Yield: 10 small servings. |
