PORK CHOPS OL 
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper
3/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 medium green onion
cheese, shredded

Brown pork chops in oil. Salt and pepper to taste. In a greased 13 x 9 casserole dish, combine rice, water, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix well. Arrange pork chops over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
