“NANA'S MARINATED SLAW” IS IN:

NANA'S MARINATED SLAW 
cabbage, chopped
onion (white), sliced
bell peppers (orange, green, red), sliced
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup yellow rice vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix cabbage, onion and bell peppers in a bowl. Pour cup of sugar, teaspoon of salt over.

Heat to boil: rice vinegar, olive oil, celery seed and sugar. Pour over slaw. Mix well and refrigerate.

Serve chilled.
