TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. uncooked oats
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped red & green pepper
1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 c. catsup
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix all together and shape into patties. Broil or grill.
