TURKEY BURGER 
1 lb. chopped turkey
1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg (or egg substitute)
3 tbsp. butter
Salt (opt.)

Put all ingredients, except butter in bowl. Mix and form into patties, 4 to 6. Put butter in pan, melt. Cook patties in pan over medium flame, covered (about 5 minutes each side). Remove cover to brown.
