TURKEY BURGERS 
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 tbsp. minced dried onions
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
2-3 tbsp. cooking oil
Cranberry-orange relish

In bowl combine egg and 1/4 cup water. Stir in 1/2 cup stuffing dry mix, dried onion, bouillon granules, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add ground veal; mix crushed mix.

Cook patties in hot oil over medium heat, turning once. Top with the 1 cup cranberry-orange relish. Garnish with celery leaves if desired. Makes 5 servings.
