TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. Grapenuts cereal, finely crushed
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (opt.)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
Pepper to taste
Buns
6-8 mushrooms, sliced & sauteed
Lettuce
Tomato
Sliced onion
Lite American cheese slices

In large mixing bowl, combine turkey, Grapenuts, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Blend well. With a moist hand, form mixture into patties. Place patties into skillet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook patties on one side over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Turn patties over. Place sauteed mushrooms and cheese on top of each burger. Cover skillet and cook patties until cheese melts, approximately 5 minutes. Serve on bun with lettuce, tomato and onion.
