2 boxes frozen hash browns
Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. half and half

Spread potatoes in greased pan. Pour heated milk and butter over. Sprinkle with cheese, seasoning to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in 9x13 pan.
