CHEESY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. uncooked dumpling noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces & stems, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Colby, Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water. Place in large bowl.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet over medium heat, brown ground turkey and onion. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and noodles. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Pour turkey mixture over noodles and mix well.

Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 8-10.
