CHEESY CHICKEN AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 lb. noodles
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and drain. Season with pepper, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. Place in greased 3 quart casserole and top with chicken.

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth (bouillon)
1 c. heavy cream

Melt butter, add flour and cook 2 minutes. Add broth and cream and cook until thick and smooth. Pour this sauce over the noodles and chicken and sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
