CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 1/4 c. broken spaghetti
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Boil chicken. Cut into bite-size pieces. Cook spaghetti in broth. Reserve 1/2 cup broth to add to casserole. Mix all ingredients and bake 30 minutes, covered, in casserole dish at 350 degrees. Uncover and brown.
