24 vanilla wafer cookies
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry, blueberry, pineapple, strawberry pie filling or jelly or jam

Put one wafer, flat side down in each paper cupcake holder. Mix softened cream cheese then beat in 4 eggs. Add 1 cup sugar; mix well. Add vanilla and beat again. Pour into prepared cupcake holders. Bake 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. When cool, top off with your choice. Keep refrigerated. Makes 24

Very pretty for the holidays if made in foil cupcake holders and cherry pie topping.
