1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
Topping (Strawberries, blueberries or cherries)

Blend ingredients until creamy. Place paper cupcake holders in cupcake pans. Place 24 (one in each) vanilla wafer into the bottom of the cupcake pans. Add heaping teaspoon of mixture into each cupcake holder. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with whatever. Enjoy!!
