12 vanilla wafers
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

Line muffin pan with foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Pour over wafers filling 3/4 full. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with your favorite fruit and/or preserves.
